• Financial records you enter — accounts, transactions, categories, tags, notes, and receipt files you choose to upload. This content belongs to you; we store it to provide the Service.
• Usage and device data — basic technical information such as log data and approximate usage needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
• Payment information — we do not collect or store your card details. Payments are handled by Paddle (see below).

2. How we use your information

• to provide, maintain, and secure the Service;
• to process subscriptions and manage your account;
• to communicate with you about your account, security, and important updates;
• to comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the financial records you enter for advertising.

3. Service providers we use

We share limited data with trusted providers only as needed to run the Service:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage hosting for your account and data.
• Paddle — our Merchant of Record for payments. Paddle collects and processes the billing and payment information required to complete your purchase under its own privacy policy.
• Resend — to send transactional emails such as invitations and account notifications.
• Google Drive — only if you or your workspace enables the optional receipts integration, used to store receipt files you upload.

4. Data storage and security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including access controls and encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and limit access to it.

5. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your workspace or account, we delete or anonymise the associated data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to meet legal or accounting obligations.

6. Your rights

You may access, correct, export, or delete your data. You can export your records from within the Service at any time, and you can request deletion by contacting us. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable data-protection laws.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the Service. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising.

The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
